We respectfully interrupt your day to bring you some breaking news: Our Andy has finally got his PhD.
You know how some people become Doctors because they’re God’s gift to academia. Well he’s not one of them.
The fact that it’s taken him 12 years gives you a clue. Andy’s PhD is a lesson in everything we talk about in our workshops; effort, positivity, resilience, huge goals and personal responsibility. In the end, we think Andy just ground them down?
While he’s mulling over whether to be called ‘Dr Happy’ or ‘Dr FeelGood’ one thing’s for sure; there may be 120,000 big words in his thesis, but there are none in our workshops and keynotes.
And in true celebratory style, we’ve decided to team up with Shonette Bason-Wood and run the UK’s first ever Happiness Festival!
The event is taking place in June 2018, at Old Trafford in Manchester, and with room for 1200 people, we thing it's going to be huge!
Tickets are available online now at the Festival of Happiness 2018 Eventbright webpage.
You can expect bags of science, loads of fun as well as a fabulous opportunity to learn and apply some simple principles that will transform your life.
The Festival of Happiness is a not-for-profit event. The aim is to cover the costs of the Old Trafford venue, hence the tickets are priced so anyone can attend. Any surplus money will be donated to charity.
What happens when you get 1000 positive people in a room? Nobody knows, because it’s never been done before. The only way to find out is to BE THERE.
